Brownies

"I've melted the butter and the chocolate chips in the pan now Josh you crack the eggs like this okay hit the egg on the edge of the bowl a little harder try not to get the shell in the bowl well that's okay mom can fish it out now Owen you pour the sugar in the bowl Josh get your hands out of the sugar please that's white sugar this is brown sugar they both taste about the same no you cannot have a taste right now I'll give you each something to lick when we're done Owen you stir while I pour the chocolate in the bowl oh no the chocolate is stuck to the bottom of the pan well it's not too burned I think it will be okay Josh don't touch the pan it's hot Owen pass the stirry thing what is it called oh yeah whisk pass the whisk to Josh so he can have a turn you put this flour in wait a minute I have to add baking powder and salt what's baking powder it makes the brownies rise whoa Owen you are getting flour everywhere let's try to keep it in the bowl okay mom is going to take over now sit down and you each can have something to lick no Josh you cannot have the bowl you can have the spatula and Owen can have the stirry whatdoyacallit I'll put them in the oven."
